1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
 
By accessing or using youranswertomarketing.com (the "Website"), submitting any form, or engaging Your Answer To Marketing for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website or engage our services.
 
These Terms apply to all visitors, leads, and clients. For clients, a separate written service contract will also govern the specific terms of your engagement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your signed service contract, the service contract will control.
 
 
2. ABOUT US
 
Your Answer To Marketing is a brand operated by two individual co-owners (not a corporation, LLC, or incorporated entity) providing digital marketing services.

3. SERVICES
 
We offer the following services. Pricing listed reflects standard rates. Discounted rates may be offered at our discretion, including for referrals or promotional purposes, and will be reflected in your service documentation and signed contract.
 
3.1 Google Ads Management
Management and optimization of paid search, display, and video advertising campaigns across the Google Ads network, including campaign monitoring, bid management, keyword research, responsive search ad development, ad extensions, and monthly performance reporting. Available at an hourly rate of $125.00 per hour or a monthly retainer of $525.00 per month covering up to 20 hours of work.
 
3.2 Meta Ads Management
Management and optimization of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, including campaign monitoring, ad creative development, audience targeting, and monthly performance reporting. Available at an hourly rate of $125.00 per hour or a monthly retainer of $525.00 per month covering up to 20 hours of work.
 
3.3 E-Commerce & Shopping Management
Google Merchant Center management for retail clients, including product feed optimization and Performance Max (PMax) campaign management. Available at $15.00 per SKU update or optimization.
 
3.4 Organic Social Media Content
Development, scheduling, and hashtag strategy for social media content across client platforms. Available at $20.00 per post (standard rate).
 
3.5 Google Business Profile (GBP) Management
Weekly posting and monthly optimization of Google Business Profile listings to support local search visibility. Available at $150.00 per location (standard rate).
 
3.6 Email Marketing & Press Releases
Professionally designed email marketing campaigns and strategic press releases to support brand visibility and direct-to-consumer communication. Available at $75.00 per email and $75.00 per press release (standard rates).
 
3.7 PPC & Social Consultative Sessions
One-on-one strategy, training, and account audit sessions for clients managing campaigns in-house. Available at $150.00 per session (standard rate).
 
3.8 Additional Hours
For clients on a monthly retainer, any hours worked beyond the 20-hour monthly allotment will be billed at $125.00 per hour. Overages will be reflected in the following month's invoice.
 
3.9 Service Descriptions
Detailed descriptions of services, deliverables, and agreed-upon pricing are provided in the service documentation shared prior to engagement. The specific scope of work for each client is governed by the signed service contract.
 
3.10 No Guaranteed Results
Marketing results vary based on numerous factors outside of our control, including but not limited to platform algorithm changes, market conditions, audience behavior, budget, and competition. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, revenue, lead volume, return on ad spend, or performance metric. Engaging our services does not guarantee success.
 
 
4. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
 
4.1 Invoicing
Invoices for monthly retainer services are issued on the 5th of each month. Invoices for hourly, per-post, per-SKU, per-session, and per-piece services are issued upon completion of work or as otherwise agreed in your service contract.
 
4.2 Payment Methods
Payment is processed externally through BILL (Bill.com) or PayPal. No payments are collected directly on this Website. Payment instructions are included with each invoice.
 
4.3 Service Start Date
Services begin on a fixed start date agreed upon at the time of engagement. Payment is due on or before that start date unless otherwise specified in the service contract.
 
4.4 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to adjust our standard pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect active service contracts without mutual written agreement. Updated rates will apply to new engagements.
 
4.5 Late Payments
Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in a pause or termination of services. We reserve the right to cease work until outstanding balances are resolved.
 
 
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
 
5.1 48-Hour Cancellation Window
A client may cancel services within 48 hours of signing the service contract, provided that no services have begun. If cancellation is requested within this window and no work has commenced, a full refund will be issued.
 
5.2 Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If services have begun prior to or during the 48-hour window, or if cancellation is requested after the 48-hour period has passed, refunds will not be issued for time already worked. Any applicable refund will be calculated as follows:
 
The total amount paid, minus the hours spent at the applicable hourly rate ($125.00 per hour for retainer clients), equals the refundable balance. For example: a client on the $525.00 monthly retainer who attended two meetings totaling two hours would be refunded $525.00 minus $250.00 (2 hours x $125.00), resulting in a $275.00 refund.
 
5.3 Ongoing Retainer Cancellations
Clients on a monthly retainer who wish to cancel ongoing services must provide written notice before the start of the next billing cycle. Services may be stopped upon request, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period already paid. Retainer payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
 
5.4 Business Closure or Acquisition
If a client's business is permanently closing or is being acquired by another entity, the client may request immediate cancellation of services by emailing info@youranswertomarketing.com. No refund will be issued for the current billing period. Written proof of business closure or acquisition (such as a dissolution filing, acquisition agreement, or equivalent documentation) must be provided with the cancellation request. Cancellation will be processed upon receipt and verification of that documentation.
 
5.5 No Refunds on Completed Work
No refunds will be issued for work that has been completed and delivered, including but not limited to ad creatives, content posts, reports, press releases, email campaigns, or consultative sessions.
 
 
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
 
6.1 Website Content
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Your Answer To Marketing and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, or create derivative works from any Website content without our express written consent.
 
6.2 Client Deliverables
Work product created on behalf of a client (including ad creatives, social media content, email campaigns, press releases, and related materials) becomes the property of the client upon full payment for those services. However, we retain the right to use, display, and reproduce those assets for our own portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes without further compensation to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
 
7. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THIS WEBSITE
 
By using this Website, you agree not to:
 
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its backend systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Website
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unsolicited content through the contact form or any other submission field
